Privacy Policy

Tachyn Labs (Newark, CA) collects only what’s needed to process and ship your order.

What we collect:

• Name, shipping address, and email address you provide at checkout
• Order details (item, quantity, price)

Payment: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles that directly.

Shipping: We use Shippo to calculate rates and generate shipping labels, which means your name and address are shared with Shippo and, in turn, USPS to deliver your package.

What we don’t do: We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside of what’s needed to fulfill your order (Stripe, Shippo, USPS). No mailing lists, no ad tracking sold to third parties.

Hosting: This site is hosted by IONOS.

Your data: If you’d like a copy of the information we have on file, or want it deleted, email contact@tachynlabs.com with your order number.

This policy may be updated as the shop grows. Check back here for the current version.
