Terms of Sale

By placing an order with Tachyn Labs, you agree to the following:

Products. We sell hobbyist and experimental electronics hardware — currently the Orange Pi 5 Camera Adapter. Products are sold as-is, except where covered by our warranty, which covers replacement of defective boards only.

Not for safety-critical use. Our products are intended for hobbyist, prototyping, and experimental use. They are not designed, tested, or certified for production, medical, industrial, or other safety-critical applications.

Title & risk of loss. Title to purchased goods transfers to the buyer at the time of shipment. Tachyn Labs is not responsible for loss or damage in transit once the package has been handed to the carrier, though we’re happy to help you file a claim with USPS if needed.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Tachyn Labs’ total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be handled in Newark, CA.
