Warranty

Tachyn Labs warranties the Orange Pi 5 Camera Adapter against defective boards — if the board you received doesn’t work as designed out of the box, we’ll replace it.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover:

• Physical damage from misuse, static discharge, or incorrect installation
• Compatibility issues with sensors, cables, or kernel builds outside what’s listed on our Compatibility page
• Software/OS-level problems (e.g., “it doesn’t work on my Armbian image”) — check the setup guide and Compatibility page first, since a lot of camera issues are kernel/driver-side, not the adapter

This is hobbyist/experimental hardware, not a certified or safety-critical product.

How to start a claim

Email contact@tachynlabs.com with:

1. Your order number
2. A photo of the board (front and back, if possible)
3. A short description of what’s not working

We’ll follow up with next steps for a replacement.
